This Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) is issued by MSB Technologies, Inc., doing business as Guildara (“Guildara,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and describes how we collect, use, disclose, process, and otherwise handle Personal Information (as defined below), as well as the rights and choices available to individuals with respect to such information.

This Privacy Notice applies to all Personal Information processed by us in connection with our websites, applications, and related online and offline services (collectively, the “Services”).
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or update this Privacy Notice at any time. Where required by applicable law, we will provide notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any revised Privacy Notice constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Account Registration
We collect Personal Information when you register for an account, including:
Providers: name, email address, telephone number, physical address, and professional credentials or related information.
Guardians: name, email address, telephone number, physical address, and information relating to minors under your care, including but not limited to:
Name, date of birth, and contact information
Attendance records and activity participation
Health, dietary, or other medical information
Educational or academic information
Government-issued identifiers, where applicable
By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, consents, and legal authority to provide any Personal Information disclosed relating to minors.
Transactions and Payments
We collect transaction-related information, including billing details. Payment card data is processed by third-party payment processors, and we do not store full payment card numbers.
Guildara uses Stripe to process payments and store payment methods securely on our behalf. We do not process payments
ourselves or collect payment card or bank account information. Any such financial account data is provided by you directly to Stripe and not to us.
If you choose to save a payment method, you authorize Guildara (and the provider you register with, as applicable) to charge it for future installment payments for your registration.
To stop future installment charges, you must cancel the registration first, subject to the applicable Cancelation Policy. After canceling, you may remove the saved payment method.
Communications
We collect Personal Information when you communicate with us, including for support, inquiries, or marketing subscriptions.
User-Generated Content
We collect personal information associated with any content submitted via interactive features (e.g., forums, messaging, or public postings). Please note that your use of these interactive features may be publicly accessible and such use is done at your own risk.

These third-party advertisers may also use tracking tools on our Services to collect Personal Information regarding your activities and your device (e.g., IP address, cookie identifiers, page(s) visited, location, time of day), to provide you with personalized advertisements.

We do not currently respond to web browser “do not track" signals
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no system is completely secure, and we disclaim liability to the fullest extent permitted by law for unauthorized access or breaches and any loss and/or damages associated with the same.
By using our Services or providing Personal Information to us, you consent to any electronic communication we may provide in connection with any security, privacy, or administrative issues or system breaches relating to your use of our Services.
Your Personal Information may be transferred to jurisdictions with differing data protection laws. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses.

The Services are not directed to children under 18. However, we may process minors’ Personal Information when provided by a parent or guardian, or provided by a minor under the supervision of a parent or guardian, as allowed under the Terms.
You represent that you have lawful authority to provide such information. We reserve the right to delete data collected in violation of applicable law.
We do not have control over, and are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked through the Services. We do not endorse, screen, or approve, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of such other websites or applications. Providing personal information to third-party websites or applications is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability arising from third-party actions, unauthorized access, or user misuse of Personal Information.
